Value of the Certified Professional Photographer

The Certified Professional Photographer designation (CPP) designed by the Professional Photographers of America (PPA) covers the craft and core concepts needed to become a professional photographer. As photography is usually a self-taught craft, there are often holes within our knowledge. The CPP reveals and focuses our attention on these areas. There are many other side benefits we will go over in this presentation as well. We’ll discuss the overall process and what your next steps would be.

BIO

Colby McLemore is a Master, Craftsman, and now a Certified Professional Photographer who has taught photography classes, presentations, and workshops at the University of Tennessee, out of his studio, at enthusiast clubs throughout the state, as well as for every local affiliate throughout the state. Last year he earned his CPP and is hyper-aware of what it takes to get it.
